Block is rolling out building by building, with neighborhood access layered on top of participating buildings. Resident access still requires a building invitation and approval.
Resident support
For the fastest help, open Block and go to Me → Settings & account → Contact Block support. The in-app form securely includes the account context needed to investigate sign-in, building or neighborhood access, safety, parcel, marketplace and messaging issues.
Can’t sign in?
Use Forgot password on the Block sign-in screen. If your email is not recognized or you no longer have access to it, ask your participating building administrator to verify your resident invitation and contact Block support on your behalf.
Neighborhood access
Neighborhood access comes from an approved membership in a participating building that has been mapped to that neighborhood. You do not need to expose your unit number, and building-only content stays in the building unless an eligible post is explicitly shared more widely.
Safety
Use Report on the relevant post, listing, meetup or resident profile so reviewers receive the correct context. Blocking a resident prevents new direct contact and hides their resident content from your discovery experience. For emergencies, contact local emergency services or building security directly.
Account deletion
You can initiate deletion inside Block under Me → Settings & account → Delete account, or use the public deletion page if you no longer have the app installed. Your resident profile is hidden while the deletion request is processed.
App Review
App-store reviewers receive a dedicated review account and demo building. That environment is separate from real resident buildings and neighborhoods.
