Speak to people as if you may see them in the lift, café or neighborhood tomorrow. Disagreement is allowed; harassment, threats, bullying, hateful abuse, sexual harassment and repeated unwanted contact are not.

Community Guidelines
Block should feel like a useful, trustworthy extension of where you live—not an anonymous internet forum. Block has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users.
Choose the right audience
Keep building matters in the building when they do not need a wider audience. Use neighborhood scope only when the information is genuinely useful across participating buildings. Do not copy private building conversations into neighborhood posts without permission.
Protect privacy
Do not post another resident’s unit number, phone number, private messages, personal documents, access codes, precise schedules, or other sensitive information without permission. A person’s building may be shown in neighborhood context; their unit should not be.
Keep offers honest
Describe items, food and services accurately. Do not run scams, impersonate businesses, manipulate payments, sell prohibited goods, or use Block for misleading commercial spam.
Keep commercial intent clear
Businesses, sponsored placements and future rewarded referrals should be identified as such. Do not disguise paid promotion as an independent resident recommendation or create fake resident identities for commercial activity.
Protect children
Block strictly prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexual solicitation involving minors, trafficking or exploitation of children, and any content or conduct that facilitates or promotes the sexual abuse or exploitation of a child. Block will remove prohibited content and take appropriate account action when we obtain actual knowledge of it, and will report confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children or another relevant regional authority where required by applicable law.
Keep content appropriate
Do not post illegal content, sexual or exploitative content, graphic violence, instructions intended to facilitate serious harm, or content that targets people with hateful or dehumanizing abuse.
Report and block
Report objectionable content when Block or authorized building moderators should review it. Block an abusive resident when you need immediate distance. Blocking hides that resident and their resident-generated content from your Block experience, prevents new direct messages and creates a moderation notice for Block.
Moderation and enforcement
Authorized Block or building moderators may review reports and take action, including removing content or restricting or suspending building or neighborhood access. Serious or repeated violations may result in loss of access to Block. Reports are not published to neighbours.
